Polyol is a collective name of a group of chemicals having more than one hydroxyl group. The end products are important raw materials in various industries including auto-mobile, molding, chemistry, coating, food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. The group is focusing on the production of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol which are mainly used in anti-freeze, plastics for vehicle parts and polyester.
