Modified starch is a corn-based biochemical product.  It is made by the modification of some particular features of corn starch through a biochemical process.  It also has a multitude of applications in textile, fast food, sweets, sausages, tablets, paper and corrugated board.

Warp Sizing

  • Perfect decentrality and distensibility, easy of being pasted;
  • With a feature of low viscosity and high fluidlty, the paste liquid may be used in high concentration;
  • Paste liquid is steady and free of retro-gradation, therefore, it could be easy for preparation, storage and use;
  • It has good compatibility and adhesion to the fibres as well as perfect tensile strength and flexile;
  • With its good film-forming performance, the past film made of it is even and clear, free from easy contraction and crack, meanwhile, the high resolvability of the film enables an easy desizing;
  • it has a good miscibility with PVA and crylic acid pastes (sizing agents), and may be mixed with them for sizing.

DC318

Warp Sizing

  • With a feature of low viscosity while high fluidity, the paste liquid is suitable for sizing by high-concentration & low-viscosity;
  • The heat stability of the paste liquid surely provide a steady sizing;
    Size film is soft and smooth, and the high resolvability of film is easy of desizing; 
  • It has a good miscibility with PVA and crylic acid pastes (sizing agents). Normally it is prepared into mixed paste (sizing agent).

After dryer Sizing

  • DC312 has strong binding power and adhesive capacity, which ensures a high retention rate on the paper;
  • It can be easily pasted into paste with low viscosity and perfect fluidity,which can improve the surface sizing denslty (may reach up to 12%) easily;
  • Its pasting temperature is low but the paste's transparency is high; the good film forming and stability performance avoid the stratification even being stored for long period

DC387

Spray

  • DC387 has a favourable bonding performance with fibres and better first pass retention rate, especially when recycling for pulp, it does not produce adverse effect on reinforcement, assistance extraction and paper making;
  • Low pasting temperature enables it to paste and bond quickly and rapidly when it passes the drying cylinder along with paper sheets;
  • Higher Strength;
  • Small size - it produces a fine foggy state via spray system and distributes evenly on the paper sheets, while the grains never choke muzzles.

 Wet-end Adding

  • Good adhesive feature with high retention rate on the paper;
