The glutamic acid occupies an important position in the course of proteinic metabolism in the organism.  Our L-glutamic acid products are finely made from starch sweeteners as major raw material through microorganism fermentation and extraction.  They can be enhancer, etc. and are widely used in products such as drinks, bake and roast products, meat, meat sausages, meat broth, milk, milk products, flavouring agent and cereat products, etc.
